Advertising & Selling Opportunities
Want to get your business noticed at the retreat, even if you cannot attend? Check out the 3 options below.
The retreat is May 11-13, 2026, in Grass Lake, Michigan. Click here to learn all about the retreat.
OPTON 1 – SWAG BAG ADVERTISING
Consider donating gifts to the swag bags given to each attendee for some free advertising. Below is some helpful information.
Don’t send just an advertisement, flyer, coupon code, or discount.
Send an actual gift.
Include a small advertisement, flyer, or business card WITH your gift. Your advertisement may include a coupon or discount.
If you’re considering including a gift in the swag bag, please email me at Amy@TorahSisters.com so I can approve it.
Plan on giving at least 250 gifts for the swag bags. Last year, there were 179 attendees. If you send too many, I’ll give the extras to more Torah-observant women back home over the next several weeks. The extras you send will still get into the hands of your target market.
I’ll send you an occasional email with an update on the number of women who have registered.
Attach your advertisement or business card to your gift. I won’t do any assembly. Please ensure your items are packaged and ready for me to include in the swag bags.
You can use tape, string, or cellophane bags from Amazon to attach your advertisement to your item. Maybe even include a little note.
You do not have to be at the retreat to contribute to the swag bag. You can ship your items to me.
If you’re attending, you may bring your gifts with you, but arrive early, by 10:30 am, so there’s time for you to add your items to the bags before the ladies arrive at noon.
If you’re unable to attend the retreat, mail your gifts to me. They must arrive by May 6. Send your gifts to:

Here are some great swag ideas.
ChapStick, piece of chocolate, can of tea or iced coffee, pens or post-its (maybe even with your name on them), product samples, Bible verse cards, greeting cards, stickers, soap, lotion, or promotional items from a place like Vistaprint.
Your gift doesn’t have to be directly related to what you sell. It’s a way of building relationships with these women. Gift them whatever you want. Just be sure to include an advertisement with a call to action.
Be creative. Go to Google and Pinterest for ideas on how to market your business with swag bag gifts!
Thank you for donating swag bag gifts! I’ll be praying that the ladies will buy your product or service when they see your generosity!
OPTION 2 – DOOR PRIZE
UPDATE: I’m handling door prizes differently this year. Read all of the information below.
The Sisters love the door prizes that are generously donated by Torah owned businesses. You don’t have to attend to donate a door prize.
Donate a door prize valued at $35 or more.
You may only donate one prize per business.
The best prizes are the best-selling products that you sell. However, you can also gift other items, such as a gift basket of chocolates or something else entirely, which is a great option if you sell a service.
Digital products are not allowed as door prizes. It must be a physical item.
A gift card is allowed as a door prize.
All door prizes will be displayed on tables in the main meeting room or maybe in the dining hall.
I will draw names out of a hat to determine who will win door prizes.
Include a 3×5 index card or postcard to advertise your business. You might write something like this: “This is from Amy at Torah Sisters. It is a set of 5 magazines valued at $45. Each magazine has several pages of articles, recipes, and more to help you in your faith walk. You can get your magazine at her table or her website, TorahSisters.com. Check out her T-shirts, too.” Typing it up is best so that it’s very legible.
Your card will be your method of advertising, so make it count! You can make it colorful, bold, and make it easy to understand. Consider including a QR code on it, even!
It would be best for you to attach your card to your prize in some way. Otherwise, I will lean it or set it on top of your prize on the display table.
If your prize is one of your products, it may be a good idea to package it in a way that allows the ladies to touch and “window shop” your product. For example, don’t tie a shirt up so they cannot see what’s on the shirt. Leave it folded so they can hold it up and look at it. Leave a book unwrapped so they can pick it up and flip through it. Allowing them to touch your product makes them understand it better and increases their likelihood of buying. The display table of prizes is like a window shopping display table. And your card tells them where to go buy their own if they don’t win your prize.
This year, I will not be holding up each door prize in front of an audience and describing it. There are far too many door prizes, and it takes too much time away from the service. Rather, I will draw a name either at the dining hall or at the service and perhaps let each winner choose a prize from the table or have it handed to them by one of my staff.
The only prizes or products that will be mentioned from the stage are those of the speakers or those by invitation only, as selected by Amy.
If you are attending, please put your prize and card on the prize table in the tabernacle shortly after you get unpacked.
If you are not attending, please ship your item to me so that I can receive it by May 6.
Send it to:

Thank you for donating a door prize! I’ll be praying that the ladies will buy your product or service when they see your generosity!
OPTION 3 – VENDOR TABLE
Vendor tables are only for those selling Torah, Yeshua, Bible or faith-related items.
Email me at Amy@TorahSisters.com. In your email, please include a link to your website and descriptions of what you would sell and I’ll tell you if it’s a good fit.
Click here to purchase your vendor table after Amy has approved your products.
The cost of a vendor table is $80.
Each vendor must donate a door prize worth at least $35.
Each vendor must be a retreat attendee and purchase a ticket.
You may share a table with another woman, but both need to be approved by Amy. See below.
Important things to know
When
- Vendors may arrive as early as 10:30 am to set up.
- NEW LOCATIONS THIS YEAR: Some vendors will be in the tabernacle as in years past. Some vendors may be located in the dining hall annex, a room next to the dining hall lobby.
- Check in a the tabernacle lobby. Tell them you are a vendor. Be patient with the check-in volunteers, as they will also be getting set up.
- Then go to your room and drop off your personal items.
- You may leave your vehicle parked at the tabernacle for a very short while to unload. Please move it immediately after you unload. You can unpack after you park.
- Check-in will start at noon, so it’d be great to be ready by then, because the women will have time to shop. If you’re not ready to sell until later, that’s okay. Dinner is at 5:30, followed by service at 7:00 pm.
- I will not have “open shopping hours.” I’m leaving it up to you when you want to be at your table to sell. You do not need to be at your table at all times. Have fun!
- No selling during service times. I will ask you to close by 5 minutes prior to service start times, which means you should start wrapping up conversations at 5 minutes prior.
Where
Some vendors will be located in the tabernacle, while others will be in an annex room within the dining hall building. That room is next to the lobby where ladies enter the dining hall. You’ll be informed of your table location upon arrival.
I will select which vendors will be in the tabernacle and which will be in the dining hall annex.
What’s Included
- One table – it might be a 6 or 8 foot, I cannot say for sure until we arrive.
- 2 Chairs
What MIGHT Be Included
I cannot guarantee electricity will be available right at your table. Bring an extension cord in case it’s available nearby.
Wifi/internet is a maybe, but likely.
The Verizon signal was good last year. I heard no complaints about cell phone signals.

- Change for cash payments.
- Tablecloth
- Cover your table when you’re closed, if you’d like. (Your choice)
- Extension cords in case there is electricity available.
- Credit card readers if you have them.
- Sign with your Venmo QR code if you have it.
- A way to keep your money safe and secure.
- Your door prize

- Swag bag donations if you want. (optional)
- A hotspot if it’s important to you.
- Office supplies like tape, pens, pad of paper, scissors, etc.
Fine Print Stuff You Should Read
Bring your own change for cash payments. Do not ask camp staff or myself for change or for cash. You may leave camp grounds to find a bank nearby if you want.
There will be a volunteer who is a vendor liaison. The liaison is who you should go to if you need help or have questions. Please do not ask the camp staff to borrow items. Ask my vendor liaison. She likely has access to what you might need.
There will be nowhere to store items except under your table or in your car. I want the room to be kept clean and tidy, without boxes and clutter on the floor. Ladies will be dancing, after all! 🙂
I reserve the right to determine if your product is not a good fit for the Retreat, and I will refund your vendor table cost if I make that decision. However, I will not refund your ticket. I also reserve the right to ask you to remove any item(s) from your table if it’s not a good fit, including but not limited to unsuitable material due to vulgarity, theology, or legality, or if it’s making others uncomfortable in some way. I’m not terribly picky, but I know the audience well and I want you to be successful! Some things I would decline would be anything mystical, healing crystals, books promoting polygamy, etc. I might also decline certain teaching materials or books. If you want to sell a book, ask me first, and I may even require you to send me a copy first. However, I likely won’t have time to read or review a book, so I often say “no” to books.
Ask me beforehand about teaching materials and books. I may not allow them.
I do not allow fundraising at your table. I only allow selling physical items. If you want to promote a ministry, that’s not usually allowed. I may make an exception, but generally, I want the vendor tables to focus on selling physical items. Ask me before you fundraise or promote a ministry.
I am not responsible for any theft. I do not recommend leaving money or any valuable items at your table or in your shared or unlocked room. The safest place to keep valuable items and money may be in your locked vehicle or on your person. Although there have been no issues with theft in the past, being cautious is always wise.
Do not promote your product or service outside the marketplace unless specifically asked to do so. In other words, when it’s time to sit and eat or fellowship, refrain from promoting your products in conversation. Just enjoy the sweet fellowship during those times. If a woman directly asks you about your business, you may go ahead and answer, though.
Your next step is to Email me at Amy@TorahSisters.com! Thank you!
